Scan AI is an AI detection tool that identifies AI-generated content and attempts to bypass AI detectors.

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service

In no event shall Scan AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

11. Refund Policy

We offer refunds if the service performs poorly (e.g., frequent bugs, inaccurate AI detection results). Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
